Murals

I have painted murals for nurseries, children’s bedrooms, restaurants and trompe l’oeil in private residences. I am able to work in situ or on paper which can then be pasted onto a wall. I provide colour scaled down paintings to show how the mural will look and clients are able to follow the process as it is painted. The murals are painted in oils.

My most notable client to date is Lord Tom Sawyer, (General Secretary of the Labour Party – 94 to ‘98) who commissioned a portrait of his mother and a mural of the dockers strike march of 1889.

commissioning a MURAL

Click here to visit the mural commissioning page for a full summary of how to commission a mural. I also provide some guidance on what sort of photos are best for me to work from and how the whole process works from commissioning to delivery. I’ve been painting for years, so if you feel like you need some advice on what will make a good painting or have a special request, please get in touch for a chat.
